Refund Policy

Last updated: 4 August 2026. This Policy applies to paid educational programs offered by Devops Module Digital. Payments are arranged offline; this website does not collect checkout payments.

Eligibility

Refund requests must come from the purchasing individual or organization named on the invoice, with proof of payment and cohort details.

Timeframe

Full refund requests for cohort seats must arrive at least seven (7) calendar days before the published kickoff date. Requests after that window are evaluated for partial refunds as described below.

Full refunds

If we cancel a cohort, you receive a full refund or a seat transfer to a later date at your choice. If you cancel seven or more days before kickoff, you receive a full refund of tuition paid for that seat.

Partial refunds

Cancellations between six days before kickoff and the end of week two may receive up to 50% of tuition, minus any non-recoverable third-party lab fees itemized on the invoice. After week two, tuition is generally non-refundable because clinic capacity has been reserved.

Non-refundable items

Completed private office-hour blocks, custom curriculum research already delivered, and third-party exam vouchers purchased on your behalf are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email hello@devops-module.digital with subject “Refund request”, your invoice number, program name, and reason. We confirm receipt within three business days (KST).

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are issued within fourteen (14) business days to the original payment method when possible, or via bank transfer to an account you designate for KRW invoices.

Cancellations by us

If an instructor cannot run a cohort and no suitable replacement is available, we cancel and refund in full or reschedule with your consent.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandated military service may qualify for goodwill credit toward a future cohort even after week two; decisions are case-by-case and do not create precedent.
